Irma has worked in research and consultancy for nearly 29 years. Starting her career as UNICEF researcher, she continues her career in SRI (former AC Nielsen Indonesia) to deepen her knowledge and then to consumer product company to see the research implementation in client’s side. Finding the fact that she is very passionate about the research industry, Irma wanted to contribute more. In 1993, she founded DEKA Marketing Research and Consultancy and started the company with only 3 people. Many days have passed and now DEKA Insight & Solutions has 50 talented researchers and 1,000 employees under its roof including Field, DP and Support Staffs. Even with the successful achievements that have been attained, she does not stop there. In 2014, Irma expands her business by forming DEKA Group that consists of several business units ranging from research to business advisory and innovation.

She got PhD (Management) from the University of Kansas, USA. She possesses broad-based as well as in-depth experience in market research, advertising and marketing. As one of the founding committee, she was the first President of the Thailand Marketing Research Society (TMRS). She was the ESOMAR Representative in Thailand for 7 years. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry, she has conducted more than 3,000 research projects along with marketing consultancy experiences on various companies including UNICEF. She was a Research Director, Board Director, and Orchestration Board of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising for 7 years and a Professor at Chulalongkorn University for 8 years.
Dyah Satya Adinintyas
Dyah is one among very top qualitative experts in Indonesia with more than 18 years of experience in marketing research industry. She graduated from Gadjah Mada University, majoring in International Relations, Socio & Political Study. Further, she studied Marketing Management at PPM Graduate School of Management. Having a solid background from both research agency and Client side, Dyah has the depth of consumer insight as well as practical know-how in the research arena which allows her to provide strategic analysis and actionable directions for various Clients. She has been working in local, regional & global research studies, with her key area of expertise is widespread around FMCG, banking/ finance, telco, lifestyle and social researches.
Thet Thet Mon
Thet is a Statistician and Economist. She did her master degree at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. During her study at the Victoria University, she specialized in finance and behavioral economics. Thet has more than 10 years working experience in Myanmar Research Industry. Started her career as a part of MMRD’s Data Processing Team since 2005. She then moved to INGO and UN as a monitoring and evaluation and research officer. Thet was back to Market Research career since 2014 working with TNS Myanmar as a Research Manager. She has involved in multi-country projects from different areas and industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Telco, social research. Backed both with her educational background and working experience, Thet has strong knowledge on statistical analysis, finance and human behavior with her special interest on culture.
